On August 24th, 2023, we had the pleasure of welcoming Senator Chandler Swope, Delegate Moore Capito, WVMA Operations Director, Kristen Harrison, and our local Delegate Doug Smith.
The visit began with an overview of Conn-Weld presented my Director of Business Development Anna Semonco followed by a roundtable discussion conducted by CFO Melissa Wood. Challenging topics such as high healthcare costs and taxes were part of the conversation.
Vice President of Engineering Anthony Fink then took legislators on a tour of the plant where they had the opportunity to speak with employees and see manufacturing processes firsthand.
