Seeing so many of our retirees return made the celebration feel like a reunion. The stories shared, the laughter, and the handshakes reminded us that Conn-Weld has always been more than a company — it’s a family built on hard work, pride, and lasting connections.
We were proud to recognize our dedicated employees during the service pinning ceremony, celebrating team members who have been with Conn-Weld from 30 up to 46 years.
