man teaching students

We hear it all the time, you have to leave West Virginia to find good job opportunities.  Conn-Weld, in conjunction with Explore the new manufacturing is on a mission to change this misconception.  And that’s just what President, Marvin Woodie, explained at the Mercer County Technical Education Center (an exceptional lab for learning) last Friday.  Students learned about all that is offered right here in their own backyard and how Conn-Weld has helped build careers for over 47 years.   In addition, we are looking forward to hosting these students for a tour of Conn-Weld.  Educators who are interested in a presentation or tour please contact us at 304.487.1421 or email asemonco@conn-weld.com.
